Section 3 CSR 10-5.579 - Nonresident Landowner Turkey Hunting PermitsPURPOSE: This rule creates a Nonresident Landowner Turkey Hunting Permit for use on the landowner’s qualifying property at a reduced fee compared to a Nonresident Turkey Hunting Permit.
(1) To pursue, take, possess, and transport wild turkey from qualifying land during the prescribed season, by nonresident landowners as defined in this Code.(A) Spring Season Permit. Fee: one hundred seventy-nine dollars and fifty cents ($179.50).(B) Fall Season Permit. Fee: one hundred four dollars and fifty cents ($104.50). AUTHORITY: sections 40 and 45 of Art. I V, Mo. Const.
