Part 4714.0723 - BUILDING SEWER TEST UPC section 723.1 is amended to read as follows:
723.1 General. Building sewers shall be tested by plugging the end of the building sewer at its points of connection with the public sewer or private sewage disposal system and completely filling the building sewer with water from the lowest to the highest point thereof, or by approved equivalent low-pressure air test. Testing of building sewers shall be in accordance with Section 712, as amended. The building sewer shall be gastight or watertight.Minn. R. agency 222, ch. 4714, pt. 4714.0723
