Section 10.58.02.01 - General

A. A person shall pay a fee as set forth in Regulation .02, of this chapter, by certified check or money order.

B. The Board shall provide a copy of this chapter:

(1) Along with any application form or renewal form; and

(2) To any other person upon request.

C. The Board may not refund a fee.
