Section 10.43.12.02 - DefinitionsA. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.B. Terms Defined. (1) "Chiropractic display facility" means an area where chiropractic procedures are demonstrated.(2) "Chiropractic procedure" means examinations, mensurations, analyses, evaluations, screenings, or clinical determinations related to the practice of chiropractic in a public place.(3) "Cursory postural screening" means a visualization, by a licensed chiropractor, of an individual's posture to detect possible structural deviations.(4) "Demonstration" means performing chiropractic procedures in public places.Md.
