Section XI-1323 - Jurisdictional Licensing and Status of InsurerA. An advertisement which is intended to be seen or heard beyond the limits of the jurisdiction in which the insurer is licensed shall not imply licensing beyond those limits.B. An advertisement shall not create the impression, directly or indirectly, that the insurer, its financial condition or status, or the payment of its claims, or the merits, desirability, or advisability or its policy forms or kinds or plans of insurance are approved, endorsed, or accredited by any division or agency of this state or the United States Government.La.
