Section 28-15a-700 - Enhanced treatment for Cryptosporidium

The provisions of 40 C.F.R. 141.700 through 141.711 and 40 C.F.R. 141.713 through 141.722, as in effect on July 1, 2015, are hereby adopted by reference, with the following alterations:

(a) "This subpart W" shall be replaced by " K.A.R. 28-15a-700."

(b) "Subparts H, P and T of this part" shall be replaced by " K.A.R. 28-15a-70, K.A.R. 28-15-170, and K.A.R. 28-15500."
