Sec. 7.
The following fees shall apply to all licensed chiropractors and applicants for licensure:
| Examination/issuance | $100 |
| License renewal (July 1 of each even-numbered year) | $100 |
| Inactive license renewal (July 1 of each even- numbered year) | $50 |
| Endorsement issuance | $100 |
| Verification of licensure | $10 |
| Duplicate wall license | $10 |
| Reinstatement of inactive license | $15 |
| Temporary permit | $50 |
