Section 455 IAC 1-11-11 - Intentional violations

Sec. 11.

If the director determines that an operator or administrator of an establishment has intentionally violated the requirements contained in IC 12-10-15, or has made fraudulent and material misrepresentations to a resident, the director may request the attorney general to investigate and take appropriate action against the operator or administrator.
