Section 405 IAC 5-2-13.2 - "IEP nursing services" defined

Sec. 13.2.

"IEP nursing services" means medically necessary services provided by a registered nurse who is employed by or under contract with a Medicaid participating school corporation for a member pursuant to his or her IEP.
