Section 107.1170 - Warning Lettera) When the Department has reason to believe that a person is engaging in conduct which involves a violation of any provision of these regulations, the Director, or his authorized representative, may issue a warning letter which shall: 1) Advise the person of the time, place and circumstances of the apparent violation;2) Advise the person that a subsequent inspection may be conducted to ascertain whether the violation has been corrected; and3) Warn the person not to repeat the violation in the future.b) The warning letter shall be served in the manner prescribed in Section 107.11.Ill.
