Section 20-1.1-16 - Initiation of rulemaking hearing(a) The board may at any time initiate proceedings to adopt, amend, or repeal any rule of the university.(b) Any interested person, organization, or agency may petition the board for the adoption, amendment, or repeal of any rule of the university, as defined in this chapter.
