Section 16-38-11.9 - Compliance with Hawaii corporation law

No application of a Hawaii corporation for the registration of securities shall be accepted if the corporation is not current in filing its annual corporation exhibits as required by Hawaii corporation law, and complete records as prescribed by Hawaii corporation law shall at all times be maintained.
