The mauka area rules regulating plan (hereafter referred to as the "Regulating Plan"), included as Figure 1.2 (regulating plan), dated September 2011, made a part of this chapter, and attached at the end of this chapter, identifies the neighborhood zones provided in section 15-217-23 (neighborhood zones).
