(1) The Board shall meet at least twice each year. Additional meetings may be held on the call of the chair or at the written request of any two members of the Board.(2) Members may also conduct business by telephone and mail, provided a record is kept of all transactions and a written report submitted for the minutes at the next regularly scheduled meeting.(3) The quorum required for any meeting of the Board shall be three members.Ga.
