Rule 110-22-1-.09 - Awarding of Grant Funds(1) Within forty-five (45) days of the close of a grant competition, the Department will select grant recipients based upon the review criteria outlined in 110-22-1-.08.(2) Upon selection by the Department, eligible home composting grant recipients shall enter into a contract with the Department specifying the terms and conditions for the receipt of grant funds. Upon the execution of the contract, the Department will disburse the grant funds to the applicant based upon the predetermined payment schedule specified in the contract. Final payment of grant funds shall be contingent on the grant recipient fully satisfying the terms of the contract.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 110-22-1-.09
