Section 69O-163.0015 - Applicability(1) Section 627.677, F.S., and this rule chapter apply to credit life insurance and credit disability insurance sold in conjunction with a credit transaction.(2) A policy or certificate is deemed to be credit life insurance or credit disability insurance if it: (a) References the creditor or credit transaction within the form;(b) Conditions the coverage upon the existence, term or coverage of a credit transaction.Fla.
