The add-on reimbursement rate for behaviorally complex care shall be eighty-two dollars ($82.00) per day for each resident. A public notice of any changes in the behaviorally complex care reimbursement rate shall be published in the D.C. Register at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance of the changes.
