Section 22a-30-5 - Activities not regulatedIn accordance with the provisions of sections 22a-29, 22a-361, and 22a-363b of the General Statutes, the following activities are excluded from regulation under section 22a-32 of the General Statutes and these regulations:
(1) Activities conducted by the mosquito control division of the department of health services;(2) Conservation activities of the state department of environmental protection;(3) Construction or maintenance of aids to navigation which are authorized by governmental authority;(4) The emergency decree of any duly appointed health officer of a municipality acting to protect the public health;(5) Activities authorized under a general permit issued pursuant to section 22a-361 of the General Statutes;(6) Activities authorized under a certificate of permission pursuant to section 22a-363b of the General Statutes.Conn.
