Section 17b-811a-7 - Reporting requirements and audits(a) Any agent designated by the department to administer this program shall submit monthly financial and program reports to the department in accordance with the terms specified in its contractual agreement with the department.(b) An entity that has been designated as an agent of the department to administer this program shall be subject to an audit of all books and records related to this program. Audits shall be performed by independent public accountants registered to practice in the state of Connecticut or by qualified department personnel. All audits shall be in accordance with procedures and timetables established by the department.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 17b-811a-7
