Section 17a-227-8 - Denial or revocation of a licenseAn application for initial licensure may be denied, or a license may be revoked for any of the following reasons, whenever the administrator:
(a) fails to comply with the licensing regulations prescribed by the department;(b) fails to comply with the applicable state and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and codes relating to building, health, fire protection, safety, sanitation and zoning;(c) violates any of the provisions under which the license has been issued;(d) furnishes or makes any false or misleading statements to the commissioner or his designee in order to obtain or retain the license;(e) fails or refuses to submit reports or make records available when requested by the commissioner or his designee;(f) refuses to admit the commissioner or his designee to the premises at any reasonable time as deemed necessary by him;(g) fails to implement plans of correction approved by the department.Conn.
