Section 14-36f-17 - Driver examinations(a) A student using a vehicle owned or leased by a secondary school, or by a licensed commercial driving school, who wishes to take a driving test at a branch of the department, or at another site approved by the commissioner, shall schedule such driving test in the manner prescribed by the commissioner.(b) Each secondary school shall properly prepare its students for the driving test, administered by the department, by appropriately teaching all elements of safe driving.Conn.
