Section 4 CCR 723-2-2466 - Exceptions(a) Any local exchange provider who, prior to July 1, 1996, had either served only rural exchanges with a combined total of 10,000 or fewer access lines or served fewer than 10,000 customers in rural exchanges only, shall be deemed to be in compliance with these rules by providing the Commission with its required filing information under the Commission's Cost Allocation Rules 2400-2459.
