Section 7 CCR 1107-9.8 - Withdrawal and Dismissal of Appeals1. If the party that filed the appeal does not participate in the appeal proceedings, the appeal may be dismissed if the hearing officers deems the appeal abandoned.2. The appellant may withdraw their appeal at any time. If the appellant withdraws their appeal, they may not appeal the determination again unless the appellant demonstrates that denying the right to appeal will result in an obvious injustice in light of the totality of circumstances.
