Section 1.24 - Inactive Appeals(1) Any appeal that has remained on the Board's docket for three or more years without action by either party will be marked inactive. The Clerk will notify the parties that the appeal has been marked inactive and that the appeal may be dismissed if no action is taken within 30 days.(2) If neither party contacts the Board within 30 days of such notice, the Board will dismiss the appeal.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1512, eff. 1/5/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1514, eff. 1/5/2024.
