The provisions of 114. 5 CMR 10.00 are severable. If any provisions or the application of any provision to any provider of elder care services or circumstancesis held invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not be construed to affect the validity or constitutionality of any remaining provisions of 114. 5 CMR 10.00 or the application of such provisions to providers of elder care services other than those held invalid.
