Section 168.008 - Review of Applications(A)Completeness Review. Applications shall be reviewed for completeness and eligibility.(B)Complete Applications. Applicants whose applications are determined to be completed and who meet the qualifications for licensure shall be notified by mail of the time, place, and date of the next scheduled written examination.(C)Incomplete Applications. Applicants whose applications are not complete shall be notified by the Department, by mail, as to the information required for completeness.(D)Eligibility Determination. Applicants shall be notified by the Department, by mail, of their eligibility determination.
