Section 32.50-3 - Cargo discharge-TB/ALL(a) Pumps or other acceptable means shall be used to discharge cargo from gravity type cargo tanks vented at gauge pressures of 4 pounds per square inch or less.(b) The use of compressed air as the primary means of discharging cargo from such tanks is prohibited.
