Section 3452 - Aircraft Crop Dusting and Spraying(a) All hoppers on crop-dusting aircraft shall have dust-tight covers, and shall have lids so secured that they will not readily open in case of a flipover.(b) Safety precautions to be followed when using aircraft for crop dusting and spraying shall be as required by Title 3, Article 23 of the California Administrative Code.Cal.
