Section 6996 - (13-1). Boilers and Pressure Vessels(a) All boilers and pressure vessels shall be constructed, installed and maintained in accordance with the standards and specifications of the Boiler and Fired Pressure Vessel Safety Orders and the Unfired Pressure Vessel Safety Orders of the Division.(b) (13-19) Repairs involving the pressure system of compressors, receivers, or compressed-air-powered equipment shall not be attempted until the pressure has been bled off.Cal.
