Section 599.986 - Department Review and Response

In accordance with Government Code section 19402, the Department will annually review each appointing authority's upward mobility goals and the other information required under regulation 599.985 and provide a written response either approving or requiring modification to the appointing authority's upward mobility program.

1. Change without regulatory effect amending section and NOTE filed 10-13-2014 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2014, No. 42).
2. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 599.986 to new section 599.991 and adopting new section 599.986 filed 7-30-2015 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2015, No. 31).
