Section 22245 - Evidence Provided by Certifying Agent(a) If the department seeks suspension, revocation, denial, or penalty against a manufacturer, the department may request evidence from the certifying agent to support the proposed suspension, revocation, or denial action or penalty.(b) Within 30 calendar days from the date of the request by the department, the certifying agent must provide or submit all information supporting the proposed suspension, revocation, or denial action or penalty to the department. The certifying agent must also be available for department interview and for any testimony needed in an appeal.(c) If the certifying agent fails to submit supporting information to the department within the specified time frame or is not available for department interview or testimony, the department may revoke the registration of the certifying agent.Cal.
