Section 2050 - Authority

These regulations are promulgated pursuant to the authority granted to the Insurance Commissioner under the provisions of Section 790.10 of the Insurance Code.

1. Original Rules and Regulations of Department of Insurance, Chapter 5, sections 1050-1353, renumbered to sections 2050-2353, for printing purposes, filed 5-10-46 (Register 46, No. 3).
2. Repealer of Article 1 (Sections 2050-2052) and new Article 1 (Sections 2050-2052.3, not consecutive) filed 8-17-73; designated effective 10-1-73 (Register 73, No. 33). For former Article 1, see Register 71, No. 48.
