Section 2 AAC 90.200 - Unlawful use of classified license

It is unlawful for a holder of a classified driver's license to operate a motor vehicle other than the type of motor vehicle that the person is permitted to operate under 2 AAC 90.210 according to the classification or endorsement on the person's license.
