Zweibel v. Zweibel

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Nov 21, 1949
276 App. Div. 783 (N.Y. App. Div. 1949)

Opinion

November 21, 1949.

In an action for a separation, order granting respondent the sum of $125 per week for temporary alimony, and the sum of $1,000 for counsel fees, modified by reducing the provision for temporary alimony to the sum of $75 per week, and that of counsel fee to the sum of $750, with the installments thereof likewise reduced to $375 each. As so modified, the order is affirmed, without costs. In our opinion, upon the record presented on this appeal, the allowances were excessive. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
