Judgment against appellant Yellow Taxi Corporation unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. On appeal of defendant Yellow Taxi Corporation, judgments of dismissal in favor of defendants, respondents, unanimously affirmed, without costs. The appeal by plaintiff from the judgment dismissing complaint as against defendants, respondents, was withdrawn upon the argument.
