MEMORANDUM OPINION
VANZI, Chief Judge. {1} Summary dismissal was proposed for the reasons stated in the notice of proposed summary disposition. Mother filed a memorandum indicating that she agrees with our proposed disposition. Father has not filed a memorandum in response to our proposed disposition and the time for doing so has lapsed. Accordingly, for the reasons set forth in our notice of proposed summary disposition, we dismiss.
