Separate appeals having been taken to this Court by defendants Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company and JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 21, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to this matter, including the correspondence from the attorney for defendant-appellant Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company, dated April 4, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeal taken by Liberty defendant Mutual Fire Insurance Company is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence. The appeal taken by JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, remains extant.
