Present — Callahan, J.P., Denman, Boomer, Lawton and Davis, JJ.


Order unanimously affirmed without costs. Memorandum: Supreme Court properly granted defendants' motions dismissing the complaint against them. The uncontroverted evidence submitted by defendants shows that they had no notice of any defective or dangerous condition on the premises upon which plaintiff was injured.
