Juan Guzman ZUNIGA, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 186th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2006CR5239
Honorable Jefferson Moore, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant has filed a motion for new trial and a motion to obtain trial court records and transcripts. Appellant's motion for new trial should be filed in the trial court. See TEX. R. APP. P. 21.6. In his current appeal, Appellant purports to appeal the trial court's order denying his request for forensic DNA testing, however his request for the record refers to his original trial. Accordingly, appellant's motion to obtain trial court records and transcripts is DENIED.
