ORDER MODIFYING OPINION [NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

THE COURT

It is ordered that the published opinion filed March 27, 2006 (137 Cal.App.4th 1255; 40 CaI.Rptr.3d 863).], be modified as follows:

1. On page 4 [137 Cal.App.4th 1259, advance report, first par.], the fourth sentence of the first paragraph, which now reads, "Section 35(4) of the Los Angeles County Charter requires the Commission to adopt rules to provide for procedures for appeal of allegations of discrimination," is deleted. It is replaced by the following:

Section 35(4) of the Los Angeles County Charter requires the Board of Supervisors to adopt rules to provide for procedures for appeal of allegations of discrimination.

There is no change in the judgment.
