On August 6, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Consolidate in the above-docketed cases. Although the Court directed petitioners to file an objection, if any, to respondent's motion, no objection was received.
The case at Docket No. 1998-24L is calendared for trial during the Court's December 9, 2024, New York City, New York, trial session. The case at Docket No. 20538-23L is currently in the general docket.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion to Consolidate is granted, in that it is:
ORDERED that the case at Docket No. 20538-23L is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on December 9, 2024, in the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House, One Bowling Green Courtroom 610, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10004. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties in the case at Docket No. 20538-23L copies of (1) the Notice Setting Case for Trial for the Court's trial session scheduled to commence on December 9, 2024, in New York City, New York, and (2) the Standing Pretrial Order for that same trial session. It is further
ORDERED that the above-docketed cases are consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion.
