Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Shazia Zulfiqar and to Strike, filed June 14, 2024, and petitioners having no objection to the granting of that motion, it is

ORDERED that, for the reasons stated therein, respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Shazia Zulfiqar and to Strike is granted in that so much of this case relating to petitioner Shazia Zulfiqar is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Muhammad Zulfiqar, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
