Noting that a stipulation of settlement has been filed on April 18, 2001, it is ORDERED and ADJUDICATED as follows:

1. The Agreed Motion to Extend Time for Filing Stipulation of Settlement (Doc. 78, filed April 16, 2001) until April 18, 2001 is GRANTED.

2. The Joint Motion to Extend Time for Filing Stipulation of Settlement (Doc. 77, filed April 2, 2001) is DENIED as moot.
