Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when he slipped on ice on the sidewalk in front of premises owned by defendant. Order setting aside verdict in favor of the defendant and granting plaintiff's motion for a new trial unanimously affirmed, with costs to abide the event. No opinion.
