DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent for an enlargement of time to file papers in reply to appellant's opposition to respondent's prior motion to, among other things, dismiss an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 1, 2014, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated October 28, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
