DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 1, 2014, in effect, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated July 15, 2015, which granted appellant's unopposed motion to vacate an order of this court dated May 18, 2015 dismissing the appeal, and to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 10, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
