ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

On June 14, 2011, appellants filed a document entitled, “Notice of Withdrawal of Appeal,” which we construe as a motion to voluntarily dismiss their appeal. Having reviewed the motion, we grant it and hereby dismiss this appeal. The parties shall bear their own costs and attorney fees. NRAP 42(b).

It is so ORDERED.

In light of this order, we deny as moot the June 3, 2011, stipulation for extension of time.
