Opinion

No. 85-1395.

March 4, 1986.

Appeal from the Circuit Court, Dade County, Richard S. Fuller, J.

Thornton, Herndon, Mastrucci Ferrington and Jerome A. Pivnik, Miami, for appellant.

Arky, Freed, Stearns, Watson, Greer Weaver and R. Lawrence Bonner and Carol W. Soret, Miami, for appellees.

A complaint which alleges a statutory basis for long-arm jurisdiction does not require further pleading or proof of jurisdiction unless controverted by a motion to dismiss along with evidence tending to show that the jurisdictional allegations are untrue. Affirmed.
