On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration to strike is GRANTED in part, as to Appendix O and Appendix SS contained in defendant John Mansour's Appendix Volume 1, and Appendix FF contained in Volume 2. The application for leave to appeal the February 21, 2023 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
