Petition for a new trial to contest a default judgment rendered against the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Byrne, J., granted the defendant's motion to strike; thereafter, the court, Shaughnessy, J., granted the defendant's motion for judgment and rendered judgment for the defendant, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
